Three things all small businesses can learn from The Apprentice

So, The Apprentice is over for another year (no spoilers here). But what can small businesses learn from this year’s show?

1. Listen to what the market is saying. If everyone is telling you something isn’t right then act on it. Don’t ignore it just because you don’t agree.

2. Experience matters. You don’t need to invent something new. Take something that already works and make it better.

3. Never underestimate how hard, time consuming and eye wateringly expensive it is to launch a ‘brand’. A really cool name and a brilliant funky design are a tiny part of the story.
